椎管减压并椎间植骨融合内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨椎管减压联合椎间植骨融合内固定的方法在治疗腰椎滑脱症中的应用效果，并进行分析。方法选取2013年5月-2014年4月我院收治的腰椎滑脱症患者，共40例作为研究对象。对其所有患者均采用椎管减压联合椎间植骨融合内固定的方法治疗腰椎滑脱症的主要临床症状，并对其患者进行为期6个月的随访检查。对患者6个月后的临床疗效，进行评分测定。结果分析40例患者在6个月后的临床疗效评分结果，可以得出：优27例，良12例，差1例，其患者的临床疗效优良率为97.50%。结论椎管减压联合椎间植骨融合内固定的方法在治疗腰椎滑脱症中，可以帮助患者良好复位，彻底减压，有其肯定的应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of decompression combined with intervertebral bone fusion and internal fixation method in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods A total of 40 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were the research objects in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014,who all used decompression and interbody grafting method of bone fusion and internal fixation for the treatment. These patients were followed up six months,and then analyzed the clinical effect after six month,and measured score. Results The analysis results of 40 patients after six months could be drawn 27 cases were excellent,12 cases were good,1 case was poor,the excellent and good rate of the clinical effect of the patients was 97.50%.Conclusion The treatment of decompression combined with intervertebral bone fusion and internal fixation in lumbar spondylolisthesis can help patients with good reduction and decompress completely.
