护理干预对骨关节结核病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对骨关节结核患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果。方法入选我院2012年6月-2014年6月住院的骨结核患者50例，发病部位由高到低分别是：腰椎（20例），胸椎（18例），肋骨（8例），颈椎（4例）。所有患者均有不同程度的活动障碍和关节畸形。所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各25例。两组患者的基本资料差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预，包括心理护理、健康宣教、疼痛护理等。护理干预结束后对患者进行护理满意度及疾病认知情况调查，结果两组患者比较，护理满意度评分观察组高于对照组（94.32±2.56 vs.85.67±3.78，P〈0.05），患者疾病认知评分观察组高于对照组（97.23±2.67 vs.86.34±3.19，P〈0.05），患者的住院时间观察组低于对照组（32.57±12.88 vs.44.35±13.79，P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预对骨关节结核患者疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with bone and joint tuberculosis. Methods A total of 50 patients with bone tuberculosis in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected. Lesion location From high to low were lumbar spine（20 cases）,thoracic spine（18 cases）,rib（8 cases）,Cervical spine（4 cases）. All patients were of varying degrees of movement disorder and joint deformity. They were divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group. No significant difference of basic information（P〉0.05）. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis of conventional care given comprehensive nursing intervention,including psychological nursing,pain nursing,health education. After Nursing intervention,cognition of nursing satisfaction and disease were surveyed. Results The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（94.32±2.56 vs.85.67±3.78,P〈0.05）,cognitive scores of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （97.23±2.67 vs.86.34±3.19,P〈0.05）,the time of hospitalization in observation group was significantly lower than the control group（32.57±12.88 vs.44.35±13.79,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with bone and joint tuberculosis is effective.
