探讨肾内科应用BD静脉留置针的相关护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨BD静脉留置针穿刺的临床使用方法和步骤,对常见的一些问题和相关护理方式进行研究分析。方法对我院接收的368例使用BD静脉留置针穿刺的患者来进行研究分析,对患者的穿刺部位、方法、情况来进行探讨。结果共有345例患者成功完成穿刺,成功率是94%,有23例失败,其中10例是由于血管和留置针型号不匹配导致的,8例是护理操作和患者心理状态不佳导致的,5例是错误穿刺导致的。结论肾内科患者使用BD静脉留置针来进行治疗的时候,需要提供相应的护理对策,让患者得到安全可靠的穿刺效果。Objective To investigate the clinical use of methods and steps of BD venous indwel ing needle puncture,carry on the research analysis to some common problems and the related nursing mode. Methods 368 cases of patients using BD venous indwel ing needle were carried to the research analysis in our hospital,according to the patient′s site of puncture,method,they were carried on the discussion. Results A total of 345 patients were completed the puncture successful y,rate of success was 94%,there were 23 cases with failure,10 of which were due to vascular and indwel ing needle type mismatch,8 cases of leading to poor caused by bad nursing operation and bad psychological state,5 cases were caused by wrong puncture. Conclusion Patients at department of renal medicine using BD vein indwel ing needle to carry on the treatment,it is need to provide the corresponding nursing countermeasures,let patients get a puncture effect of safe and reliable.
