老年无症状心肌缺血患者的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的：分析老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的护理方式。方法选取2013年9月-2014年9月我院接收的100例老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者来进行分析，分组研究，对照组使用常规护理，观察组使用优质护理干预，比较护理效果。结果老年无痛性心肌缺血患者使用优质护理能够让患者易于接受，患者感受到了重视和关爱，心理状态比较好，病情改善明显，不良心脏症状发生率比较低。结论此次研究是希望对老年冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者进行最佳护理方案研究，患者接受普通护理和优质护理后，观察组的护理效果更加优秀一些，患者的满意度更高一些。Objective To study and analysis of the nursing method of patients with silent myocardial ischemia. Methods Selected 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 received to carry on the analysis,the control group with routine nursing, the observation group with high quality nursing intervention,compared the effect of nursing care. Results The elderly patients with painless myocardial ischemia with high quality nursing can make patients accept easiely,the patient felt the attention and care,psychological state of il ness was relatively excel ent,adverse cardiac symptoms improved significantly,the incidence was relatively low. Conclusion This study is hope to study the best nursing scheme on elderly patients with coronary heart disease of myocardial ischemia,general nursing and quality care for patients after accepting,the nursing effect of the observation group is more excel ent,satisfaction of patients is higher.
