羊膜腔灌注治疗孕期羊水过少的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨羊膜腔灌注治疗孕期羊水过少的临床护理效果。方法随机抽取我院2011年4月-2013年4月收治的孕期羊水过少患者80例为研究对象。将所有患者随机分成对照组和观察组，每组患者分别为40例。对照组患者实行常规的治疗方法并未采取任何的护理措施，观察组患者采用羊膜腔灌注治疗方法，与此同时实行相应的护理措施，比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果显示，观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。观察组患者胎监评分为（9.34±2.89）分高于对照组患者的（6.97±1.36）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对孕期羊水过少患者，采取羊膜腔灌注的治疗方法对患者具有重要的意义。在患者治疗的过程中实行相应的护理措施，能够明显改善患者症状，有效避免多种并发症的产生。Objective To explore the effect of nursing experience on amnioinfusion therapy to pregnancy oligohydramnios. Methods 80 patients with pregnancy oligohydramnios in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected into control group and observation group,40 cases in each. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment ,without any nursing measures,and the observation group patients were treated with amnioinfusion therapy,with corresponding nursing measures at the same time. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic efficacy in observation group was better than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. The fetal monitoring scores in the observation group（9.34±2.89） point were higher than control group（6.97±1.36）point,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with pregnancy oligohydramnios,it is very important to receive amnioinfusion therapy. Taking corresponding nursing measures in the course of treatment can improve the symptoms of patients,and avoid the occurrence of complications effectively.
