泼尼松治疗儿童过敏性紫癜临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究儿童过敏性紫癜症使用泼尼松治疗的临床可行性和安全性。方法对78例过敏性紫癜患儿来进行研究分析,全部患儿的临床发病到治疗间隔不超过两周,对照组共38例患者,实验组共40例患者。对照组进行常规治疗,实验组使用常规治疗和泼尼松口服治疗,对两组患者均进行了半年的观察,对比患者的症状改善情况。结果对患者进行三周的治疗后,患者的皮肤紫癜、消化道症状、关节肿痛等的恢复时间要比实验组长,P<0.05,半年后回访中,实验组患儿没有出现副作用和复发病例。结论过敏性紫癜患儿接受糖皮质激素药物泼尼松治疗的疗效突出。Objective To analyze clinical feasibility and safety of prednisone in treatment of children al ergic purpura. Methods 78 patients with children al ergic purpura were selected into control group（38 cases）and experimental group（40 cases）. The intervals from clinical onset to treatment were less than two weeks. The patients in control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group patients received routine treatment and prednisone oral treatment. The patients in two groups were observed for half a year,the improvements of symptoms were compared. Results The recovery time of skin purpura,gastrointestinal symptoms ,joint swel ing and pain were longer than experimental group three weeks after treatment,P〈0.05. There was no side effects and recurrence in the experimental group on the visit after six months. Conclusion The curative effect of prednisone（glucocorticoid drug）in treatment of children al ergic purpura is remarkable.
