药物流产后服用左炔诺孕酮炔雌醇避孕药的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析药物流产后使用左炔诺孕酮炔雌醇避孕药在防治阴道出血方面的应用价值。方法选取我院就诊的90例药物流产患者,按照随机的方式将其列入观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。药物流产后,观察组使用左炔诺孕酮炔雌醇进行治疗,对照组患者则不使用任何避孕药物。比较两组患者的出血量及月经情况。结果观察组患者的出血量、出血时间以及月经恢复的时间均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后,给予患者以特居乐避孕药进行口服治疗,能够减少患者的出血量和出血时间以及月经恢复时间,效果确切。Objective To analyze the application value of levonorgestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets in prevention and treatment of vaginal bleeding after drug abortion. Methods 90 patients of drug abortion in our hospital were randomly selected into observation group（45 cases）and control group（45 cases）. After drug abortion,the observation group patients were treated with levonorgestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,the control group patients were not treated with any contraceptive drugs. The bleeding volume and menstruation condition between two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume,bleeding time and menstrual recovery time of observation group were significantly better than control group significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The oral therapy of triquilar contraceptives can significantly reduce bleeding volume and bleeding time and menstrual recovery time after drug abortion,the treatment effect is exact.
