摘　　要：目的：观察滴虫性阴道炎的全身治疗、局部治疗的临床疗效。方法将34例滴虫性阴道炎患者临床治疗资料进行分析。结果34例滴虫性阴道炎患者治愈31例，占91.18％，好转3例，占8.82％，总有效率100％，用药时间4～21天，平均12.5天。结论滴虫性阴道炎多发生在月经后复发，故治疗后检查滴虫性时，应于月经后复查白带、如果连续3次滴虫性检查均阴性时方可称治愈。Objective To investigate clinical effect of the systemic and local treatment of trichomonas vaginitis.Methods Analyzed 34 cases of Trichomonas vaginitis patient’s clinical data.Results There were 31 cases completely cured, accounting for 91.18%, 3 cases improved markedly , accounting for 8.82%, the total efifciency of 100%. The treatment time of 4 to 21 days, an average of 12.5 days.Conclusion Trichomonas vaginitis occurred in the period after relapse, so check trichomoniasis, you should review the treatment of vaginal discharge after menstruation before when called cured trichomoniasis if three consecutive tests were negative.
