摘　　要：目的：探究与分析电视胸腔镜技术治疗胸腺肿瘤的临床疗效及预后分析。方法选取我院自2012年12月～2014年12月收治的120例胸腺肿瘤患者，其中54例患者行电视胸腔镜手术，作为观察组，66例患者行传统开胸手术，作为对照组。比较两组的临床疗效和预后。结果观察组患者在手术时间、术后镇痛药物使用时间、术中出血量、术后胸管引流时间、术后住院时间方面均少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用电视胸腔镜技术治疗胸腺肿瘤的临床疗效好，术后并发症少，预后较好。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect and prognosis of video-assisted thoracoscopy technique in the treatment of thymic tumor.Methods120 cases of thymic tumor patients in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 December were analyzed, in which 54 patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic operation, as the observation group, 66 patients underwent conventional open chest operation, as control group. The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe operation time, postoperative analgesic drug use time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative＆amp;nbsp;chest tube drainage time, postoperative hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were obviously less than that in the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of the VATS technique in the treatment of thymic tumor, postoperative complications, and the prognosis are good.
