保脾手术治疗脾破裂的效果探析

摘　　要：目的：探析脾破裂应用保脾手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2014年收治的脾破裂患者41例，研究组施行保脾手术，对照组施行全脾切除手术，对比两组手术效果。结果研究组术中出血、排气时间、住院时间与并发症少于对照组，手术时间相对较长，两组手术效果，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论脾破裂应用保脾手术治疗效果良好，并发症少，安全有效。Objective To explore clinical effect of spleen-preserving operation in treatment of spleen rupture. MethodsSelected 41 patients of spleen rupture from 2013 March to 2014 in hospital, divided them into study group and control group, given spleen-preserving operation and splenectomy operation respectively, observe and compare surgery treatment effects between two groups.Results patients’ operation bleeding loss and exhaust time, their hospitalization days and complication incidence in study group are much less than counterparts in control group, however, the operation time in study group is relatively longer and the difference had statistical （P〈0.05）.Conclusion spleen-preserving operation is of efficacy and safety in treatment of spleen rupture with few complications.
