摘　　要：目的：探讨冠状动脉搭桥术同期行左心室室壁瘤切除术的临床效果。方法对本院2010年1月～2013年10月间收治的40例冠状动脉搭桥术同期行左心室室壁瘤切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果与术前比较，术后射血分数增高明显，左心室舒张期末内径缩小，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论冠状动脉搭桥术同期行左心室室壁瘤切除术的临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery combined with left ventricular aneurysm resection. MethodsRetrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 40 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting concomitant left ventricular aneurysm resection from 2010 January to 2013 October in our hospital.Results No death case in operation, postoperative follow-up of 12 months, compared with the preoperative, postoperative ejection fraction increased significantly, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter reduced obviously,P〈0.05, has significant difference, there was statistical significance.ConclusionThe clinical effect of coronary artery bypass grafting surgery combined with left ventricular aneurysm resection signiifcantly, left ventricular angioplasty fusiform excision linear suture, endocardial plasty angioplasty and patch repair method,myocardial infarction exclusion, improve the heart function.
