包皮手术患者的围手术期护理探析

摘　　要：目的：探讨包皮手术患者的围手术期护理探析。方法选取2013年11月～2014年12月我院接诊的45例包皮手术患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为24例实验组和21例对照组，实验组给予围手术期护理，对照组采用常规护理干预，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的护理满意度、治疗总有效率及并发症的发生率明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论包皮手术患者采用围手术期护理的效果显著，可以有效提高患者的满意度，提高治疗效果，降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore perioperative care of patients treated with circumcision surgery.MethodsSelected 45 patients treated with circumcision surgery who are received and treated in hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 and divide them into two groups according to hospitalization sequence with 24 patients in study group and 21 patients in control group, patients in study group were given perioperative care, while patients in control group were given conventional care intervention, and then care effects of two groups was compared.ResultsPatients’ satisfaction rate, treatment efficacy and complication incidence in study group were much better than counterparts in control group, there is a differential between these two groups, and such a differential has statistic value （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusionperioperative care is of significance for patients treated with circumcision surgery, which is conducive to improving patients’ satisfaction with treatment, to increasing treatment efficacy and to decrease complication incidence.
