摘　　要：目的：探究老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的护理方法以及临床效果，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年2月～2014年11月期间在我院接受治疗的37例老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析，并总结护理方法以及护理体会。结果本组的37例老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的病情均已得到控制并痊愈出院。对患者进行为期三个月的随访工作发现，治疗依从性好的患者有28例，依从性一般的患者有7例，依从性差的患者仅有2例。结论对老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者给予一系列科学、合理的护理措施能够显著提高治疗效果，能够提高患者的治疗依从性，对促进患者的早日康复具有重要意义。Objective To explore clinical nursing method and clinical effect in treatment of elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and then summarize nursing experience.MethodsReview and analyze clinical nursing data selected from 37 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were received and treated in hospital from February 2014 to November 2014 and then make a summary of nursing method and nursing experience. ResultsAll of patients’ illness had been controlled and improved and they were discharged from hospital ifnally. With a three-month follow-up observation, there were 28 cases of favorable adaptability and 7 cases of good adaptability and the rest 2 cases of poor adaptability.Conclusions For elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, a series of scientific and proper nursing methods is effective to increase treatment efifcacy and improve patients’ adaptability, which is conducive to patients’ recovery.
