摘　　要：目的对滋阴润肺法治疗阻塞性肺气肿的治疗效果进行探讨分析。方法将我院接收的54例阻塞性肺气肿患者随机分为研究组和对照组,均为27例;对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组则采取中医滋阴润肺法治疗,对比两组4周治疗后的疗效和不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规对症治疗基础上,采取滋阴润肺法治疗阻塞性肺气肿,具有良好的治疗效果,能有效改善患者的肺功能,提高生活质量,且不良反应较少。Objective To ziyin lungs method in treatment of obstructive pulmonary emphysema treatment effect analysis to explore.Methods In our hospital received 54 cases of obstructive emphysema patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, while the control group adopted conventional western medicine treatment, study group is to take traditional Chinese medicine Yin Runfei therapy, and the curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks treatment situation.Results The treatment study group was better than that in control group, the study group, the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than the control group.Conclusion In the conventional symptomatic treatment basis, taking Ziyin lungs method in treatment of obstructive emphysema.
