摘　　要：国家主导型市场经济既有其制度优势,又有其体制病灶,要让其制度优势充分发挥出正能量,就必须有效抑制其体制病灶所诱发的各种负作用。这一体制病灶有其生成机制和病理特征,造成权力阶层在政治行为和经济财富之间,通过政治权力变现经济财富而实现权力自身不断增值的权力资本化现象,并诱发经济、政治与社会三个层面的严重后果。State - oriented market economy has its system advantage and its system weak points. To fully devel- op its advantage, we should control the negative effects caused by the system weak points. The system weak points have their growing mechanism and features and make power classes, between political behavior and economic wealth, through political power, get economic wealth and realize the result of capitalized power, thus causing the seri- ous outcome in the economic, political and social aspects.
