摘　　要：本文建立了三个模型:一个是国家层面的数理模型,用于分析技术寻求型对外直接投资对一个国家创新增长率的影响;一个是企业层面的博弈模型,用于分析技术溢出方的动机和行为;一个是企业层面的数理模型,用于分析技术寻求者的行为。通过这三个模型对技术寻求型对外直接投资的机理进行分析。This paper establishes three models：a mathematical model of national level,which is applied to ana-lyse the influence of foreign direct investment on the growth rate of nation＇s innovation,a game model of enterprise level,which is applied to analyse the behavior of technology spillovers,and a mathematical model of the enterprise level,which is used to analyse the behavior of technology seekers.The paper analyses the mechanism of technology seeking foreign direct investment based on the three models above.
