新疆4县马腺疫链球菌血清抗体检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解新疆养马集中县域马腺疫链球菌的感染情况及流行特点,在新疆特克斯县、昭苏县、富蕴县和吉木乃县采集2 549份马血清样品,采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测马血清中的马腺疫链球菌抗体。结果表明,被检样品的马腺疫链球菌抗体平均阳性率为23.93%,昭苏县及特克斯县的血样中马腺疫链球菌抗体阳性率较高,分别为30.30%和26.64%,吉木乃县抗体阳性率为4.34%。结果表明,新疆不同地区马腺疫链球菌血清抗体阳性率差异显著（P〈0.05）,抗体阳性率随马匹年龄的增长不断提高,0~1岁马抗体阳性率最低（P〈0.01）,马腺疫链球菌抗体阳性率性别差异不显著（P〉0.05）。Analysis data of the epidemiological situation of strangles in the horse herds in part of Xinjiang provide reference basis for the prevention of strangles. In this study, 2 549 horse serum samples collected from different counties were tested for Streptococcus equi subspecies equi antibodies using ELISA. The results showed that 610 horse sera were positive, and the positive rate was 23.93%. The positive rates of strangles in Zhaosu （30. 30%） and Tekesi （26. 64%） were higher than that in others. The lowest positive rate was 4. 34% in Jimunai county （P〈0.01）. The survey indicated that with the increase of age the infecton rate of strangle was growing up. The positive rate has significant difference in different areas of Xinjiang and the positive rate of 0-1 year old was the lowest. There is no significant difference in gender（P〉0.05）.
