摘 要:通过对城市轨道交通高架桥常用梁型和跨度的混凝土简支梁梁间接缝变形的分析,结合国家轨道中心轻轨试验线U形和T形梁梁间接缝的防水密封工程,在理论和施工工艺上证实了TTXF型弹性体伸缩缝应用于城市轨道交通高架桥梁接缝密封的可行性,并对其应用效果进行了3年的跟踪调查,至今弹性体伸缩缝材料状态良好,与混凝土梁粘接牢固,雨雪天气未出现梁间接缝渗漏水现象。本文的研究结果可为城市轨道交通混凝土高架桥梁端防排水工程提供参考和技术支撑。The article mainly analysed the deformation between adjacent concrete simply-supported bridge spans in urban rail traffic,and focused on engineering application of TTXF elastomer expansion joint in light-rail testing line in which there were U-type Beam and T-type Beam. The effect had been tracked for 3 years. The results showed that the elastomer material of bridge expansion joints had been in good condition, and it attached to the concrete girders tightly without leakages in rainy or snowy days. The TTXF elastomer expansion joint applied in bridge joints seals in urban rail traffic proved feasible and it can provide technical support for the similar engineering.
