两次调质对170ksi超高强度石油套管组织和力学性能的影响

摘　　要：针对一次调质处理很难达到170 ksi钢级套管对超高强度及韧性的问题,研究了两次调质对套管组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:两次调质较一次调质显著提高了屈服强度和抗拉强度以及冲击韧性,强韧性达到170ksi钢级套管的要求,细化了组织和晶粒度,基体及晶界上析出的碳化物更加弥散和细小。Since it is difficult to reach the ultra high strength and toughness of 170ksi graded oil casing by one time hardening and tempering, the influence of two times hardening and tempering on the structure and mechanical property of the oil casing is studied. Compared with one time process, two times hardening and tempering remarkably improves yield strength, tensile strength and impact toughness. The high toughness meets the requirement by 170 ksi graded oil casing. The structure and grain are refined and the carbide precipitating from base and boundary, more disperse and finer.
