摘 要:伴随城镇化快速发展,大范围城市硬化带来严重的排水危机,导致城市成为洪灾内涝引爆的核心。本文针对山地城市重庆的自然环境、降雨产流、水资源环境特征,提出建设透水吸水、防洪排涝的“海绵城市”。旨在以低冲击开发、经济可行、生态排水、循环利用为原则,合理控制开发强度、完善绿地系统、注重高透水透气地面规划、推进雨水集蓄利用、健全排水防涝体系,构建“城市海绵综合体”,维护城市水循环,保障城市水安全,保护城市水环境,促进城市与自然协调可持续发展。With the rapid development of urbanization, a large range of city drainage hardening brings serious crisis, leading to the city becoming the core of flood water. In view of the characteristics of natural environment, rainfall runoff, water resources in the mountain city of Chongqing, this paper proposes the building of a permeable and water-absorbent sponge city which is good for flood control and drainage. Taking a low impact on development, economical and feasible, ecological drainage and recycling as principles, this paper suggests reasonable control of the development efforts, improvement of the urban green space system, focus on the highly permeable ground planning, promotion of the collection and utilization of rain water, and perfecting of flood drainage system to construct the "sponge city complex", which can maintain the water cycle, ensure water safety, conserve water environment, and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of city and nature.
