摘　　要：本文在国家对未来文化产业发展充满期望以及将民族复兴的中国梦作为理想的政策背景下，揭示城市快速发展中文化危机加剧的现象。引入文化资本的概念，分析城市文化资本与城市发展的内在关联，认为城市文化资本是城市发展与竞争中不可或缺的资本要素，并随着城市竞争的日益激烈，将出现文化资源资本化、文化资本需求扩大化的趋势。然后，从城市规划干预的角度，探索城市文化资本需求导向的规划路径，认为扩大城市文化资本实质是城市文化资本积累与再生产的过程，然后提出规划必须从文化的保护、文化资源的整合、文化资源的空间布局、文化的建设、部门的协同及规划师的教育六方面进行干预。最后，强调城市规划师应以中华文化为灵魂，培养仁、义、礼、信的做人做事品质，将人文关怀与公平公正的理念贯穿规划始终。In the background of China＇s full expectation for future cultural industry development and the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation, this paper discloses the phenomenon of culture crisis brought by the city＇s rapid development. It introduces the concept of cultural capital, and analyzes the internal correlation between cultural capital and city development, and holds that city cultural capital is the indispensable capital element, and then it appears the attendancy for capitalization of the culture resources and expansion of the cultural capital demand. Then, it explores the planning methods of the demand-oriented city culture capital from the point of city planning intervention, and believes that enlarging the city cultural capital is the process of its accumulation and reproduction. Then it proposes that city planning must intervene from the following six aspects： the protection of culture, the integration of cultural resources, the layout mode of cultural resources, the construction of culture, the coordination of sectors and the education of the planners. At last, the paper emphasizes that planners should look at the Chinese culture as soul, and train the morality of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, honesty in doing everything, and runs the the humane care, fairness and justice through planning.
