摘　　要：通过分析总结既往院长业务查房中对三级查房环节的评估方式存在的局限性,探讨并制定合理、科学、统一的量化评估方法及标准,改进疑难危重病例科主任查房行为质量评估及病程记录质量评估方式,使三级查房的纪律性及严肃性更强,使各级医护人员对自己的角色和承担的义务更明确,并为院长业务查房提供合理、科学、统一的量化评估方法及可查询的评估结果,获得客观、全面的信息,为查房质量的提高提供有力指导依据,进一步深化院长业务查房的内涵,提高医疗质量。Through analyzing and summarizing the assessment method limitations of previous directors＇ ward rounds to the links of three- tiers ward round, this paper explores and develops the rational, scientific and unified quantitative assessment methods and standards to improve the quality assessment of department head＇ ward round behavior for critically ill patients and the assessment method of progress note quality. In this way, the discipline and seriousness of three-level ward round will be enhanced, doctors at all levels will be more clear about their roles and obligations, and the directors＇ rounds will be provided rational, scientific and unified quantitative assessment methods and searchable evaluation results to obtain an objective and comprehensive information, so as to provide a strong guidance basis for improving the round quality, to deep the connotation of directors＇ rounds, and enhance the quality of medical care.
