摘  要:为提高转毂试验台的测试精度,提出汽车旋转部件当量质量测试方法。在某转毂试验台上进行系统对比测试,确定该转毂模拟质量和转毂损失补偿之后的转毂施加到轮边的作用力,针对某重卡和轿车进行车轮当量质量测试。结果表明:重卡滑行7组数据,统计精度可达1%;轿车滑行12组数据,统计精度为4%;增加试验次数可以有效地提高统计精度;在相同试验次数的前提下,轮胎惯量越大,测试相对精度越高。汽车旋转部件当量质量的确定和补偿,可有效地提高转毂试验台模拟道路试验的测试准确度,为转毂试验提供了理论和试验依据。A test approach of automobile rotating parts' effective mass is proposed to improve the test accuracy of drum dynamome- ter. Firstly, the drum simulation mass and the force loaded on the tire by the drum after loss compensation were determined by compar- ative tests on a drum dynamometer. Then the effective masses were tested for a truck and a passenger car. The results show that the ac- curacy of the heavy truck is up to 1% based on the obtained 7 groups coast down data, and the accuracy of car is up to 4% based on the obtained 12 groups coast down data. So we can make a conclusion that increasing the test times can effectively improve the statisti- cal accuracy, and the larger the inertia of tires, the higher the relative accuracy of tests if the respective test times are the same. The determination and compensation of automobile rotating parts' effective mass could effectively improve the road simulating test accuracy of drum dynamometer. The study in the paper provides the theoretical and experimental basis for drum dynamometer test.
