摘　　要：为实现锅炉、石化、制冷等行业要求体积小、效率高的产品要求,其产品的主要组成部分--管道的弯曲半径越来越小,迫切需要小半径弯管机。借助触摸屏与PLC控制比例阀,使顶推速度与压力、弯曲速度相匹配,从而达到弯曲效果。实验证明了其可行性。In order to achieve the goal of small-volume ＆ high-efficiency technical product improvements in boiler, petrochemical engineering, and refrigeration industry, the bending radius of tubes for related main structures of machines in those fields are becoming smaller and smaller. So small-radius tube bending machines have been required urgently. The touch screen and PLC Control proportional valve have been used to make the ejecting speed match with the bending speed ＆ pressure and therefore can achieve the bending effect, which has already been proved by some experiments.
