摘　　要：本文介绍了40MN板片液压机的液压系统的设计与分析。主泵选用恒功率变量泵,加压时,主缸工作速度通过恒功率泵自身流量曲线调节,减少整机功率,大大提高工作效率。The design and analysis of the hydraulic system for 4000T hydraulic plate press have been introduced. A constant power variable pump has been selected as the main pump. When the pressure is increased, the working speed of main cylinder has been adjusted by flow curve of constant power pump. The installed power has been reduced. The working efficiency has been greatly improved.
