摘  要:数值模拟技术能够减少试验次数、降低生产成本、加快研制周期,在轻合金板料成形领域发挥了巨大作用[1-3]。可以快速准确地确定各种参数对金属塑性流动的影响,预测零件成形中起皱等缺陷的产生[4];预测并消除拉裂,计算压边力[5];对于汽车和飞机等工业领域关注的回弹问题[6]进行零件的尺寸[7]计算,为生产中工艺分析和模具设计提供科学依据。Numerical simulation technology has played a huge role in the forming of low-alloy sheet metal. It can help to reduce the test times & production cost, and fasten the development cycle. The influence of various parameters to metal flow has been defined accurately and quickly. The defects such as wrinkling during forming process have been predicted. The cracking has been predicted and eliminated. The blank holder force has been calculated. The size of workpiece regarding the spring-back problem for ear and aircraft industry has been calculated. It provides scientific reference for process analyzing and tool design during production.
