摘　　要：汽车覆盖件的弹压片形状复杂,成形工序多,成形难度大。本文在分析零件工艺的基础上,结合模具设计的一般原则,设计出符合零件特征的模具,减少成形工序,降低模具复杂程度,对于相关零件模具设计具有一定借鉴价值。The automobile spring clip with complex shapes and many forming process is difficult in forming. By analysis of part process, combining with general principle of tool design, the tool which can meet the features of the part has been designed. The forming process and the complex degree of the tool have been reduced. It provides reference for tool design of related parts.
