摘  要:曲轴是发动机核心零件之一,其结构形状复杂,精度要求高,加工难度大。曲轴的生产类型通常为批量生产,其加工工艺通常为采用专用机床加工的传统工艺方法。本文通过对曲轴主轴颈的传统加工方法进行分析,应用数控加工技术,采用合理的数控车加工工艺方法,有效改进传统工艺方法的缺点,提高曲轴主轴颈粗加工质量,最终保证曲轴成品质量。The crankshaft is one of the core engine parts, The structure complicated shape, High accuracy requirements, Processing is difficult.The crankshaft production type is usually a batch production, The process is usually carried out using special machine tool processing method of traditional craft.This article through to the traditional method of processing crankshaft main journal were analyzed, Application of NC machining technology, Adopt the reasonable nu- merical control processing method, The effective improvement of traditional process method shortcomings, Improve the quality of the crankshaft main journal rough machining, Ensure the quality of the crankshaft of finished finally.
