摘  要:采用带断屑槽的硬质合金刀具干车削40Cr钢,研究了此种刀具车削40Cr钢,刀具前后刀面的磨损机理,分析了切削参数(切削速度和进给量)对刀具寿命和切削温度的影响.结果表明:此种硬质合金刀具干车削40Cr钢的磨损机理为剥离磨损、粘结磨损、氧化磨损和微崩刃;随着切削速度的增加,刀具磨损率降低;低速时切削速度的增加,提高了切削温度,当切削速度大于120m/min时切削温度随之降低;进给量的增加,能够提高刀具断屑槽的利用率,减小切屑对刀具主切削刃的正压力,降低切削温度,改善进给量的增加对刀具寿命的影响.40Cr steel was dryly cut by a cemented carbide tool with a chip-groove.The wear mechanisms of its rake and flank faces and the effects of cutting parameters (cutting speed and feed rate)on cutting temperature and tool life were analyzed when using the cutting tool to cut 40Cr steel,respectively.The results show that the wear mechanisms of the cemented carbide tool in dry cutting 40Cr steel are strip-ping wear,adhesive wear,oxidative wear and micro-chipping.With the increase of cutting speed,the wear rate of the cutting tool reduces.The increase of cutting speed increases cutting temperature at low cutting speed,and cutting temperature decreases at the cutting speed of more than 120 m/min.The in-crease of feed rate improves the utilization of the tool chip-groove,reduces the normal pressure of tool main cutting edge from chip,decreases cutting temperature and improves the influence of the increase of feed rate on tool life.
