摘  要:针对双酚A型环氧树脂预反应阶段,存在反应温度过度偏离设定值的问题,结合环氧树脂生产过程的工艺特点以及反应釜内温度对象的过程特性,提出了基于遗传算法优化的模糊控制和PID控制依据偏差阀值进行在线切换的策略,经实例仿真验证,此方法既克服了反应釜内温度控制过程对精确模型的依赖又提高了动态过程和稳态过程的控制性能,最大偏差仅为1℃,控制精度可以达到±0.3℃,从而最终实现了环氧树脂预反应过程温度的优化控制,并且易于工程实现.Considering the problem of the reaction temperature deviates over from the set value in the bi-sphenol-A epoxy resin pre-reaction stage,according to the technology characteristics in epoxy resin pro-duction process and the process characteristic of the temperature object in the reaction kettle,a fuzzy control which was optimized by the genetic algorithm and the strategy of PID control which was online changed according to the deviation threshold were proposed.The simulation shows that,this method can be used to overcome the reaction kettle temperature control process dependent on accurate model, and the control performance of dynamic process and stable process are improved,the maximum deviation of temperature is 1℃,and the maximum deviation of control accuracy can reach ±0.3℃.Consequently, optimal temperature control of epoxy resin pre-reaction process is realized,and hence it is easier for practical implementation,so it has certain application prospects.
