摘 要:余吾煤业随着采区延伸和地质条件影响,综采工作面瓦斯涌出量极其不稳定,常规瓦斯高聚点上隅角更是瓦斯治理的难题,上隅角瓦斯治理成了制约安全高效生产的瓶颈;解决上隅角问题采取外错瓦排巷,采空区预留尾巷,新鲜风将上隅角瓦斯经过尾巷和横贯排至瓦排巷。常规尾巷采取打设木垛维护通风通道,受采空区压力影响,由于木料质软和受压变形量较大,常常难以保证通风断面要求,影响瓦斯稀释效果。同时尾巷作为通风通道,在顶板下沉底鼓、帮收敛的尾巷进行瓦斯检测等工作,作业环境恶劣,安全得不到保障,非常不利于现场的安全管理。Affected by mining area expansion and geological conditions, the fully mechanized coal mining face gas gushing amount is extremely unstable. The conventional gas accumulation point upper corner is the difficulty of gas control, which has become the bottleneck that restrict the safe and efficient production. Alternate exterior tile drainage lane is adopted to solve the upper corner problem. There is a reserved tail lane on the goaf. The fresh wind drain the gas from the upper corner to the tile drainage lane through tail lane and traverse. The conventional tail lane maintains the ventilation channel by setting a pigsty. Affected by the pressure of the goaf, the timber has heavy deformation and can’t guarantee the ventilation section requirements and thus affecting the gas attenuation effect. The tail lane is the ventilation channel. The gas detection environment is bad and it is not conducive to the site safety management.
