摘　　要：在回顾有关创新网络理论的基础上,对创新网络进行解耦:一种是由连接知识元素的知识链组成的知识网络,另一种是社会网络下的研发人员之间的合作网络。深入分析了这两种网络在创新活动中的作用机理和影响企业创新的网络特性,探讨了创新网络内在解耦的运行机理,构建知识网络与合作网络之间的解耦模型,指导复杂环境下企业的创新实践。Based on reviewing the innovation network theory, the network innovation is decoupled： One is the knowledge network that composed by the knowledge chain which connects the knowledge elements, the other is the cooperation network researched by the researchers in social network. The mechanism and the network features influenced the enterprise innovation of the two kinds of network are deeply analyzed. The operating mechanism of the inter decoupling of innovation network is discussed. The decoupling model between knowledge network and cooperation network is built to guide the enterprises innovation practice under complicated environment.
