内压圆筒轴向斜接管大开孔的强度研究

摘　　要：采用三维实体有限元法,运用ANSYS软件,在不同非径向度α、不同开孔率ρ的情况下,对内压圆筒轴向斜接管大开孔进行应力分析计算,得到其接管相贯区的应力变化规律。另外,参照GB 150—2011中圆柱壳径向开孔分析法补强方法,提出了圆筒轴向斜接管结构的分析法补强方法的思路,并给出2张示例校核图。Using three-dimensional solid finite element method, utilizing the ANSYS software, in different degrees of non-radial ot and different opening rate p, the analysis stress of axial oblique large opening in cyl- inder shell were calculated. It also got the stress variation of the stress distribution area. In addition,in the reference of the analysis reinforcement method of radial opening in GB 150--2011 ,an idea of analysis rein- forcement method for axial oblique large opening in cylinder shell is given. Two checking charts are given.
