矿区生态系统管理研究框架及其应用——以兰坪矿区为例

摘　　要：构建了矿区生态系统管理研究框架的四个步骤,即"矿区基础条件分析—问题诊断—管理目标确定—适应性管理策略",并以云南兰坪矿区为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,矿区基础条件分析应特别关注生态系统服务功能,问题诊断应包括直接和间接驱动力,管理目标的确定应基于社会的抉择,制定出适应性管理策略则是整个研究的核心;构建的四个步骤具有可行性,对县域尺度的矿区生态系统管理研究具有一定的借鉴与参考意义。A practical process for mining area ecosystem management （MAEM） was given in this paper. This methodology section was sub- di- vided to four parts. In the first part, basic research questions and situation of mining area were analyzed. Second, problem diagnosis was performed. The third step was definition of management goals. The goals specified the plan to be designed and all the processes needed to be done for the sustainable development of the region. Finally, the fourth part presented adaptive management. As an example, the MAEM of Lanping County in Yunnan, a typical mining areas, were studied with qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed that ecosystem service should be subjected to special conec~ in the analysis of general situation in mining area, the analysis of driving force should be included in problem diagnosis, the goals should be stated by social choice so that they could show the future trajectory and behavior of the ecosystem, they could be measured and monitored, and be in accordance with the social interest, adaptive management was essential for effective MAEM. Four practical process for MAEM formulated in this paper had t^asi- bility, and had a useful reference to similar research on a county scale.
