摘　　要：哲学咨询被认为是"一种返本开新的实践哲学",而皮埃尔·阿多考证认为哲学是一种生活方式,需要去践行。哲学咨询的"返本"正是返回哲学的本真——作为生活方式的哲学,"开新"则是在新时代和新语境中的新范式。由此,结合皮埃尔·阿多的理论,梳理和阐述哲学咨询在古代哲学中的传统——作为生活方式的哲学,以及其功用——通过言辞指引灵魂、治疗灵魂。Philosophical counseling is considered as ＂a new practical Pierre Hadot has verified that philosophy is a way of life, so it is need to sophical counseling is precisely the true philosophy, the philosophy as philosophy that returns to its origin＂.
