摘　　要：技术性贸易壁垒具有合理性、灵活性等特点,备受当今贸易保护主义者的青睐。我国钢铁出口屡遭技术性贸易壁垒的困扰。分析我国钢铁行业遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的表象和深层原因,基于技术性贸易壁垒的强制性及其对国际贸易的正负面影响,提出坚决打破不合理的技术性贸易壁垒及设法跨越合理的技术性贸易壁垒的对策。Technical trade barriers have been widely favored by today＇s protectionist, with the features of rationality and flexibility. China＇s steel exports have been repeatedly bothered by technical trade barriers. Through the surface and underlying reasons analysis, based on the coercion of technical trade barriers and its positive and negative effects on international trade, this paper puts forward countermeasures for resolutely breaking unreasonable technical trade barriers and try to cross reasonable technical trade barriers.
