摘　　要：现阶段,高职高专院校的教学规模不断扩大,学生的数量虽然越来越多,但是因为生源结构的复杂,在其教育管理工作中也暴露出了一定的问题。因此,我们应认真的分析和研究高职高专院校学生的个性化的特点,并且制定出科学合理的教育管理对策,创新现有的教育理念和方式方法,提升教育教学的质量,促进学生的全面发展,从而不断的为社会输送出高素质的技能复合型人才。文章便对高职高专院校学生的个性化特点以及高职高专院校学生的教育管理策略两个方面的内容进行了详细的分析和探析,从而详细的论述如何做好高职高专院校学生的教育管理工作。At the present stage, higher vocational college teaching continues to expand the scale, the number of students is more and more, but because of its complex structure of students, the education management work also ex- posed some problems. Therefore, we should be careful analysis and study of the characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students＂ personality education, and set up scientific management strategies, methods to innovate the existing concepts and methods of education, improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote all-round development of students, so as not to break the social skills for delivering high-quality compound talents. Two aspects of educa- tional management strategy of students in Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of higher vocational col- lege students is analyzed and the content of detail, which is discussed in detail how to do a good job of vocational college students education manazement work.
