摘 要:通过分析0-9T磁场强度下La Fe13-xSix化合物等的温磁化曲线发现,随着温度升高,磁相变的发生也越来越困难;随着Fe含量的增加,磁相变的特性越来越不明显。通过实验数据拟和得到不同温度处的朗道系数值,发现实验结果满足Landau-Ginzburg理论的相关要求,这也证实了在La Fe13-xSix化合物发生的磁相变是场诱导的巡游电子变磁转变。The isothermal magnetizations of LaFe13-xSi, compounds at various temperatures under a magenetic field from 0 up to 9T are well analysed. It is interesting to find that the magnetic phase transition is difficult to induce in higher temperatures and the characteristics of magnetic phase transition are decreasingly obvious with incerasing Fe concentra- tion. The Landau coefficients are calculated using experimental dates of M-H in LaFe13_x Six compounds, which satiring with the Landau-Ginzburg metamagnetism theory. So it can also be concluded that the phase transition of LaFe13.x Sis compounds is a field induced IEM transition.
