摘  要:糖尿病肾病是常见的糖尿病微血管并发症之一,铁超载是糖尿病肾病的发病原因之一。研究发现,在糖尿病肾病早期进行适度的运动干预,可有效地延缓或预防糖尿病肾病的发展及恶化,避免肾衰竭的出现。适度运动能够促进身体调控铁代谢平衡,促使铁的重新分布,提高各组织抗氧化能力,使机体产生有益的生理适应。文章阐述了铁超载导致糖尿病肾病的发病机制,运动在糖尿病肾病早期的作用以及运动对铁代谢调控的研究进展。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus. In recent years, people began to focus on the role of iron in oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Researches showed that moder- ate exercise intervention in early diabetic nephropathy could effectively delay or prevent the development and worsening of diabetic nephropathy. The ability of body to regulate iron homeostasis was promoted by moderate exercise, and the iron redistribution was improved to increase the antioxidant capacity of organizations, which were beneficial physiological adap- tations to exercise. In this paper, we discussed the iron overload leaded to pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy, the role of exercise in the progression of diabetic nephropathy and advances of iron metabolism in prevention of diabetic nephropa- thy by exercise.
