摘　　要：从福建省福州市龙台山芒果根际采集到一批针线虫样本,经形态学观察和测量,鉴定为布科文针线虫(Paratylenchus bukowinensis Micoletzky,1922)。该虫的主要鉴别特征如下:头部圆锥形,头环明显;口针长24-28μm;成熟雌虫阴门处不膨胀;尾部圆锥圆,末端圆。芒果为布科文针线虫的新记录寄主。The specimens of Paratytenchus sp. were collected from the rhizospheres of Mangifera indica in the garden of Longtai Moutain, Fuzhou, Fujian Province. By morphological observation and measurement, the species was identified as P. bukowinensis Micoletzky, 1922. Diagnostic eharactens： the conical head rounded with distinct armulations; styler 24 -28 p,m; vulva part of ma- ture female was not inflated; tail conoid with rounded terminus. M. indica was a new host of P. bukowinensis.
