摘　　要：有了核心价值观,人们就有了主心骨,就能够更有效地凝聚人心,引领社会前进的方向。积极培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,才能使我们的国家、民族、人民在思想和精神上更加强大!在新形势下,社会舆论,特别是网络舆论不断发威。把网络作为培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观的有力抓手,把握好网上"网下"舆论引导的时、度、效,同时注重内化社会主义核心价值观达到"知行"合一,是培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观的重要路径。The core values to a society is what the backbone to a human, and with the core values of socialism can we get the people around China together more effectively and lead the society to a brighter future. Only through cultivating and developing the core values of socialism can we have our country, our people stronger and more powerful in thought and spirit？ Under the current situation, public opinions have showed the amazing power to some extent, especially those on the Internet. It is a significant way to take the internet as a pushing power to cultivate and develop the core values of Socialism, leading the public opinions properly and effectively on or off the line. Meanwhile, it also needs us to deal with the relationship between knowing and practicing on the internalization of the core values of socialism.
