摘　　要：近代中国主权国家的建构是一个受多元因素制约而逐步实现的过程,它与此间国际关系格局重构、中国国家实力逐渐增强,及在国际事务中发挥越来越重要的作用是密不可分的。考察近代中国独立主权国家建构进程,是深化抗日战争研究必不可少的命题,具有一定的历史价值和重要的现实意义。Based on existing research, this paper analyzes the difficult course of building the China＇ s independence and sovereignty under the reconstruction of the pattern of international relationship during the first half of 20th Century from the perspective of building a sovereign state. This paper argues that construction of modern sovereign states of China would be a gradual process due to multiple factors, which includes the reconstruction of the pattern of international relationship, the gradually strengthened national power of China, and its increasingly important role in international affairs etc. Studying the construction process of independent sovereign state of the modern China is necessary proposition to deepen the research of the Anti - Japanese War, and it has some historical value and important practical significance.
