摘　　要：目的：了解药物性皮炎发生的特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性调查2012～2013年我院临床上报的134例药物性皮炎的不良反应（ADR）报告，建立 Excel 表格，分别统计患者的一般情况、用药情况、药物性皮炎临床表现、处置等项目并作分析。结果：发生药物性皮炎患者中男性59例，女性75例，平均年龄（37.7±1.75）岁。发现致敏药物为喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类、中成药及其提取物类、生物制剂类、解热镇痛类等。引起药物性皮炎主要给药途径为静脉滴注。结论：抗生素的广泛使用和静脉注射的给药方式是引起皮疹的主要原因。Objective：To analyze the characteristic and rules of drug dermatitis to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods：In the retrospective review,a retrospective analysis of 134 case of drug dermatitis in our hospital was made from 2012 to 2013. The Excel form including the general condition of patients was established to analyze their medication,drug dermatitis,clinical manifestation,treatment of adverse reaction and so on. Results：The drug dermatitis occurred in 59 men and 75 women with an average age of 37. 7 years. Drugs sensitized were quinolones,cephalosporins,penicillins,TCM and their extracts,type of biological agents and so on. Drug dermatitis were caused by intravenous drip. Conclusion：The drug dermatitis main reason is widely used antibiotic and In-travenous injection.
