摘　　要：为了解决高炉矿焦槽系统的扬尘问题,对卸料车的除尘系统进行环保优化设计。对槽上粉尘产生的原因和普通卸料车存在的问题进行仔细分析,有针对性地采用了多种解决方案,通过高密封集尘罩和新型除尘系统的优化设计,有效地解决了矿焦槽系统的环保除尘问题。To solve dust emission problem of ore and coke storage bunker system of blast furnace, the de dusting system of discharge machine is optimization designed for environmental protection. The reason of producing dust on BF trough and the problem of common discharge machine are anatomized, and then various solutions are a dopted pertinently. By optimization design of high airproof dust cage and new dedusting system, the problem of envi ronmental protection and dedusting of ore and coke storage bunker system has been solved effectually.
