摘 要:目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)以及细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)在绝经前子宫内膜息肉组织及息肉旁内膜中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法收集36例经病理确诊的绝经前子宫内膜息肉患者的息肉组织及息肉旁内膜组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测ER、PR和Ki-67在两者腺体和间质的表达情况。结果增生期息肉腺体中ER、Ki-67的表达程度高于息肉旁内膜(P<0.05);分泌期息肉腺体中ER的表达程度高于息肉旁内膜(P<0.05),而PR的表达程度低于息肉旁内膜(P<0.05);息肉腺体中ER和Ki-67表达程度呈正相关(P<0.05),息肉腺体中PR与ER、PR与Ki-67表达程度无关(P均>0.05)。结论绝经前子宫内膜息肉腺体中ER处于高表达状态,而分泌期息肉腺体中PR处于低表达的状态,子宫内膜息肉腺体中Ki-67和ER的表达呈正相关。ER可能通过增强细胞增殖活性,在子宫内膜息肉发生、发展的调控方面起一定作用。Objective To study the expression level and clinical significance of estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen Ki-67 in the endometrial polyps (EP)and adjacent normal endometrial tissues from premenopausal women.Method The EP and adjacent normal endometrial tissues were collected from 36 premenopausal patients pathologically diagnosed with EP.The expression of ER,PR and proliferating cell nuclear antigen Ki-67 in the glands and stromal cells was eval-uated by immunohistochemistry between EP and adjacent normal endometrial tissues.Results In the prolifera-tive phase,the expression levels of ER and Ki-67 in the glands of EP were significantly higher than those in ad-jacent normal endometrial tissues (both P 〈0.05).In the secretory phase,the expression of ER in the glands of EP was significantly higher whereas that of PR was significantly lower than those in adjacent normal endome-trial tissues (both P 〈0.05).The expression of ER in the glands of EP was positively correlated with that of Ki-67 (P 〈0.05).However,the expression between ER and PR,PR and Ki-67 was not correlated in adjacent normal endometrial tissues (all P 〉0.05).Conclusions In the glands of EP of premenopausal patients,ER was highly expressed.In the secretory phase,PR was lowly expressed.The expression of Ki-67 and ER was positively correlated in the glands of EP.ER plays a pivotal role in the incidence,development and regulation of EP probably via promoting the proliferation of endometrial cells.
