氟乙酰胺中毒性脑病合并纵膈气肿1例

摘　　要：氟乙酰胺是一种有机氟杀鼠剂,中毒后常致心、脑、肺、肝、肾等脏器损害。人体的神经细胞对氟乙酰胺极其敏感,常导致中毒性脑病,合并纵膈气肿则较为罕见,国内未见报道。现将我院收治的氟乙酰胺中毒性脑病合并纵膈气肿1例报告如下。1临床资料患者,女,22岁,因服用鼠药约50ml入院。Fluoroacetamide is a kind of organic fluorine rodenticide,which can often lead to heart,brain,lung,liver,kidney and other viscera damage after poisoning.Nerve cells of the human body are extremely sensitive to fluoroacetamide,which can result in toxic encephalopathy.It is rare to merge with mediastinal emphysema.It is not reported in China.Now it will be reported a case that toxic encephalopathy caused by fluoroacetamide with mediastinal emphysema.
