摘　　要：Budd-Chiari综合征是一种由于肝脏静脉血流受阻引起的综合征,临床上并不多见,而肝后段下腔静脉闭塞型Budd-Chiari综合征国内外文献报道较少。报道1例因腹壁静脉曲张就诊患者,最后确诊为肝后段下腔静脉闭塞型Budd-Chiari综合征,总结其影像学表现并文献复习,旨在提高临床对本病的认识。Budd-Chiari Syndrome is a syndrome caused by blocked hepatic venous blood flow. It is rare clinically. There is less report of Retrohepatic Segment Inferior Vena Cava （IVC） Occlusive Budd-Chiari Syndrome in the domestic and foreign literature. 1 patient seeing a doctor because of subcutaneous varicos vein of abdominal wall was reported. Finally the patient was diagnosed as Retrohepatic Segment Inferior Vena Cava （IVC） Occlusive Budd-Chiari Syndrome. The imaging findings are summarized and the literatures are reviewed, aiming at improving the clinical understanding of the disease.
