摘　　要：阐述卫生信息化背景下,美国、英国和加拿大医保信息系统的发展状况,总结各国医保系统的先进经验,探讨各国模式对我国的经验与启示,以期对我国医保信息系统建设和政策制度提供参考和借鉴。In the background of health information, we introduce the medical insurance system development status of American, Britain and Canada. We summarize the advanced experiences; discuss the experience and enlightenment of the development mode. So as to provide references for health information constructions in our country.
