摘　　要：随着浦东新区卫生事业发展"十二五"(2011-2015)规划的推进,医院信息化建设也得到了前所未有的重视。针对浦东新区二级综合性医院的信息化建设投资估算,利用德尔菲法确定投资相关因素,制定投资估算模型。最后结合成本均摊法确定相关因素系数,投资估算模型经过验证具有较高的可信度。With the ＆quot;12th Five Year Plan ＆quot;（2011-2015） of Pudong Health development being pushed forward, Unprecedented importance are attached to the hospital information construction. This study is aimed at the investment estimation of the secondary general hospitals in Pudong New Area, determining the factors related to the investment by Delphi method and forming the model of investment estimation. Eventually, determining coefficient of related factors by the cost average method, this model of investment estimation is verified to be highly reliable.
