88例舒张期心力衰竭患者的临床诊疗探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒张期心力衰竭患者的临床诊疗措施,积累相关临床诊疗经验。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院收治的舒张期心力衰竭患者88例,均给予一般常规治疗措施,同时根据患者的病因不同分别给予相应药物组合治疗方案,分析其临床疗效。结果:本次研究的88例舒张期心力衰竭患者经临床规范治疗1个月后,仅有2例无效,总有效率达97.72%;且心功能测定结果 LVEF、SV、CO以及6 min步行距离优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不同舒张期心力衰竭患者实施个性化的治疗方案疗效显著,值得研究及广泛交流。Objective：To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment measures in patients with diastolic heart failure,to accumulate the relevant clinical experience.Method：88 cases of diastolic heart failure in our hospital were randomly selected,they were given routine treatment measures,according to the different causes of patients were given corresponding drug combinations for the treatment scheme,the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Result：1 month after the clinical treatment,in 88 cases with diastolic heart failure criterion of the study,only 2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.72%,the heart function such as LVEF,SV,CO and 6 min walk test were better than those before treatment,the differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of personalized treatment in the treatment of different diastolic heart failure patients is significantly,it is worth research and extensive exchanges.
